Wacky and crazy! HIghly realistic tongue with a "pacifier" tip. This item is designed to have a channel in the center of it, and when in your mouth, and you slightly exhale, the tongue inflates outward about 6". When you stop exhaling, it immediately shrinks back to its original size.
