E-mail is the best way to contact us. We check e-mail every day (several times per day) and respond as fast as we can. You should have a reply within one to two business days. Email is the best way to ensure that you will be asking the correct representatives that handle orders being placed online. The staff at our store locations do NOT deal with online orders and will NOT be able to answer your questions. If you have any questions or concerns about your order or items in our store, please Contact Us at any time.

If there is a product you want a certain style of and there is no options available for you to select, please Contact Us about the availability of your preferred style of the product. You may also write a comment in the Comments section when you place an order to inform us about your preference. We will try our best to accommodate your request and will contact you if there is any problem fulfilling it. If a preference is not specified we will pick a style at random. If you have any problems finding the Comments section when placing an order please Contact Us so we can assist you. Please notice that all products with different styles are subject to availability.
If you want to order an item that is unavailable on the site please feel free to Contact Us for availability. We may have the item in stock but is considered large and/or fragile to do regular shipments. We can calculate the shipping cost for you.
IMPORTANT NOTE:If we can not fulfill your order, we will contact you promptly by email about recommending a replacement, back ordering or issuing a full refund. Please check your email. If you were contacted, please contact us back through email if you have any concerns.
We hold merchandise up to two weeks after the order's placement. If a customer can not be contacted and/or fails to reply to our emails after this period of time, we will return the merchandise to the shop floor. If we are not able to contact or receive a response from the customer after three weeks their payment will be refunded. We currently do not accept phone orders, orders through mail or fax.

Payment and Refund Processing
We use PayPal as the primary payment method. Paypal doesn't require you to sign up for an account for payments by debit or credit card. PayPal is a way to make secure payments by not letting retailers see important financial information. During Sign up you may link your bank account, debit card, or credit card to your account allowing you to make flexible and secure online payments.

Refunds for online orders will only be processed through Paypal. Refunds can only be sent to the email address that was given when the order was placed. If you were notified about receiving a refund and have any problems with Paypal please Contact Us. We process refunds biweekly so if you have cancelled or there were changes to your order please wait 2-3 business days. You will receive an email once your refund has been processed.

Shipping Information
We ship orders Monday through Friday using USPS and UPS. We also ship internationally. Please click Shipping information for further details.

Returns and Exchanges
If you would like to cancel your order, do a return or exchange, please review our Returns and Exchanges Policy for further details. Returns must be sent back to Richards Variety Store with prior notice otherwise unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.

Prices and availability are subject to change at any time. Pricing errors can occasionally occur at checkout due to computer errors. We will notify the buyer immediately upon finding these errors and try to sort out the issue as soon as possible.

Your privacy is important to us. We do not give out your information to anyone. Data is only used to process your order. As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

We currently DO NOT accept orders placed through the mail, phone, fax, or by our online inquiry form. We want to ensure our customer's privacy and will not accept online orders through these methods.
