Shapes six uniform 2oz. slider/mini patties quickly and easily. Measures, 9" x 6" x 3.75"/23cm x 15cm x 9.5cm. Each mini patty is 2.75"/7cm diameter. Use to form small crab cakes and appetizers. Uniform size promotes even cooking. Ideal for beef, chicken, turkey, pork and vegetable burgers. Shape and store in the freezer for later.
