Returns, Exchanges and Claims

Please contact us within 7 days after you have received your package to request a return/exchange. Unauthorized returns and requests made after this time frame may be refused or disregarded.

Cancellations
  1. If your order has not been shipped, you will be issued a full refund.
  2. If your order has already shipped, return shipping charges will be paid by the customer.
  3. Refunds for cancellations whose orders have already shipped will not be authorized until merchandise is returned back to Richards Variety Store.
  4. You can reuse the bubble envelope or original packaging if you still have it. However for fragile and/or large items we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance and tracking information for your returned package. We cannot be held responsible for loss and damages caused during the returned transit. If returned items are broken and/or damaged due to poor packaging and shipping methods we cannot authorize a full refund for the damaged products.
  5. All returns, exchanges, claims, and shipped cancellations are subject to a restocking fee.


Returns
  1. Requests for returns must be made within 7 days after the package has been delivered.
  2. Returns must be sent back to Richards Variety Store with prior authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused or disregarded.
  3. Returned items must be in their original packaging.
  4. It is the customer's responsibility for shipping merchandise back to Richards Variety Store.
  5. Richards Variety Store is not responsible for items lost during return shipping. We recommend that you send your return with a tracking number to ensure that it reaches us.
  6. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  7. Special Orders are not refundable. What defines a Special Order?
  8. Candy, edible items, and products in the Health and Beauty section are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  9. Wig sales are final due to hygiene-related concerns.
  10. Richards Variety Store reserves the right to decide upon reshipping methods.
  11. Replacements may be be an option if the wrong item was sent and will be at no additional cost. If you decide you do not want a replacement, please be aware that if you return one of these products our outbound shipping costs will be deducted from your return refund.
  12. Richards Variety Store reserves the right to change our policies and/or reject any requests for any reason without prior notice. Should there be any dispute, Richards Variety Store's decision will be final.
  13. If you are unhappy with an item you have received and want a return, the item must be in perfect condition, unopened with all packaging. Return shipping costs will be at the customer's expense.

Claims
  1. Claims must be made within 7 days after the package has been delivered.
  2. Claims must provide pictures of the original packaging and packaging slips.
  3. Claims made without the required documentation will be refused or disregarded.
  4. If the wrong item, or wrong quantity was sent, replacements may be be an option and will be at no additional cost.
  5. Richards Variety Store reserves the right to change our claim policies and/or reject any claims without the required documentation.
  6. You can reuse the bubble envelope or original packaging if you still have it. However for fragile and/or large items we strongly suggest purchasing shipping insurance and tracking information for your returned package.
